3. Project Engagements & Service Terms

Formal engagement of Lisno's design or engineering services is governed by a separate Letter of Engagement (LOE) or Service Agreement signed between you and Lisno. These Terms apply to general website use and initial inquiries and do not constitute a binding service contract.

Key principles that apply to all engagements:

• Scope of Work — all deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the signed agreement specific to your project
• Design Ownership — all design concepts, drawings, specifications, and documentation produced by Lisno remain the intellectual property of Lisno until full payment is received, at which point ownership as agreed in the service contract transfers to the client
• Client Responsibilities — clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, necessary approvals, access, and timely feedback to enable project execution
• Third-Party Vendors — where Lisno engages contractors, suppliers, or manufacturers on a client's behalf, Lisno acts as the coordinating party and is not liable for third-party delays, defects, or failures beyond commercially reasonable efforts to remedy them
• Fees & Payments — payment milestones, late payment terms, and cancellation charges are specified in the individual engagement agreement

4. Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that in the course of a project engagement, confidential information may be shared. Lisno commits to treating all client-provided information — including site plans, budgets, personal preferences, and business information — as strictly confidential and not disclosing it to third parties except where required for project execution or by law.

Lisno reserves the right to include completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials (website, social media, press) unless the client has expressly requested otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

5. Accuracy of Website Information

While we make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, Lisno makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information on this website for any particular purpose.

Project images, dimensions, and material specifications shown in portfolio entries are illustrative. Actual project outcomes may vary based on site conditions, client selections, and available materials at the time of execution.

Cost estimates provided through our online calculator or during initial consultations are indicative only and do not constitute a formal quotation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Lisno India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website
• Interruptions to the website caused by technical issues, server downtime, or maintenance

In all cases, our total liability to you in connection with website use shall not exceed ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand). Liability in relation to contracted project services is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

By submitting an inquiry through our contact form, WhatsApp, or email, you consent to Lisno contacting you in response to your inquiry. Submission of an inquiry does not create any contractual obligation on either party.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. Response times may be longer during studio holidays or peak project periods.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
